What to Expect
Our worship service starts at 4pm with a time of welcome and announcements followed by an opening prayer and praise. Then one of our pastors shares a message from the Bible. At the end of the service, anyone who wants to can come forward in response to the message to be prayed for by the pastors or staff. Sometimes we also have testimonies, scripture recitation, and skits. Our worship services are about 75-90 minutes. Please join us for dinner afterwards--we'd love to get to know you!
During worship service, the children can join JOYland, a safe and fun place to learn about Jesus. They meet in the education building right across from the sanctuary. Our greeters can also help you find the JOYland rooms. Our teachers are parents and volunteers who are all members of our church. The children’s typical schedule includes joining JOYland worship service (with praise, prayer, and messages that include object lessons, puppets or skits), memorizing verses, making crafts, playing in the gym and eating dinner together. It’s always music to our ears when the children tell their parents they don’t want to go home yet!
Joytown: 6 months to Pre-Kindergarten
Joyland: Kindergarten to 5th Grade
After service, please join us for dinner. More than just eating delicious homemade dinners, our dinner fellowship reflects our belief that church is a family of God, sharing life in Christ together. It is a wonderful opportunity to meet the members of the church and for us to get to know you. One great story in our church is about a newcomer who sat next to someone new at every dinner so he could hear each member’s life story and salvation testimony. After dinner fellowship, our weekend warriors play basketball or volleyball in the gym and everyone is invited to join our friendly games.
